I am a pelvic health physiotherapist working in a large multi-disciplinary health practice in Cairns, Far North Queensland. I have over 17 years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, but have focused more on pelvic health in the last 5 years. I love working with pre and postnatal women, providing care to help them move well and feel their best. As a perineal massage guide, I am excited to teach women and their partners strategies to help them feel confident and empowered heading into birth.
